JACK STEVENS
“Every sculpture a moment remembered, every detail a story retold.”"
Jack Stevens was a man of quiet conviction and profound intention — an artist whose bronzes seem to breathe the same air we do. Each sculpture he created holds the weight of memory: the pull of muscle, the press of feet on the earth, the whisper of wind caught in motion. To stand before one of his works is to feel the moment still alive, a memory made permanent.
A lifelong Texan, Jack built and operated his own bronze foundry alongside his sons, crafting every piece with patience, reverence, and skill earned through decades of experience. Later in life, we had the honor of being his foundry of choice and house many pieces from his foundry today. His body of work is both vast and deeply personal — a visual record of the bond between man, nature, and time itself.
Those who knew Jack will tell you he was as genuine and gracious as the work he left behind. His sculptures continue to teach us how to see — not just with our eyes, but with gratitude, humility, and wonder. Through them, Jack’s legacy endures: an artist who captured not only form, but the soul of a moment.
